Frankie D. Evans is an attorney in the firm’s E-Discovery practice. She has 15 years experience in pre-trial discovery matters in commercial, healthcare, product liability, real estate, toxic tort, and patent litigation, including the representation of financial institutions, financial services, consumer products manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and energy clients.
Her practice focuses on electronic discovery issues, particularly with respect to the representation of clients in matters of commercial law, employment, contract disputes, intellectual property, product liability litigation and governmental investigations.
She has developed particular expertise in managing e-discovery projects in large-scale, multi-jurisdiction litigation. Frankie has been involved in both individual cases and class actions pending in state and federal courts around the country. Frankie is an attorney in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office.
