G. Stewart Webb is a litigator who focuses on complex civil litigation, corporate governance and investigations, securities class action defense, antitrust, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and employee benefits class action defense.
Stewart represents law firms, corporations, and institutions in intellectual property, securities law, professional malpractice, and employee benefits litigation. He also works with directors and officers on negotiating and structuring directors and officers (D&O) liability insurance coverage.
