Gabriel C Vine

I received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Fresno State University and my Jurist Doctorate from American University, Washington College of Law.

I am licensed to practice in Maryland, Pennsylvania* and the District of Columbia. (*Voluntarily Inactive in Pennsylvania). I can practice immigration law nationwide.

I began my legal career in 2000 by working as an assistant district attorney where I handled DWI/DUI, possession of illegal substances and other criminal cases.  In 2002 I started Vine Law Firm, LLC and became partner in Vine & Partamian LLC.

​I  provide general legal services primarily in Montgomery, Frederick, Prince George’s, and Washington County.   I also cover some DC matters.

If you need services that I do not cover, I probably know a trustworthy effective attorney that I can recommend.

If you need to retain the services of a lawyer, it means you are dealing with an important event in your life.  I am here to help you deal with those events.

​My assistant is Carla Fuentes.  We are fluent in English, Romanian, & Spanish.

Except for “Personal Injury” matters, I do not offer “free” consultations.

I have found that most things are worth exactly what you pay for them.  I offer a reasonable introductory 15 min or 1/2 hour consultation for most matters.   The older I get the more I recognize the value of time, yours and mine.

If you retain my services, your consultation fee will be applied toward the legal fee charged, so no loss to you.

If you just need some information or advice to help you make a decision, the cost of my initial consultation will not break the bank and will hopefully help you with your decision.

Keep in mind that the reason for an initial consultation is to evaluate your case, attempt to determine the legal issues involved, see if we all get along, and determine what solutions our office can offer.
