Gabriela Baca is an associate in the Firm’s Washington, DC office. Her practice focuses on antitrust matters, including antitrust investigations and civil litigation. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Gabriela also has experience representing clients in white collar investigations and cross-border transactions. Gabriela is active in the firm’s pro bono practice representing asylum seekers in immigration proceedings.
Prior to joining the Firm, Gabriela served as a political appointee in the Obama Administration at the U.S. Overseas Private Investment Corporation and at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Gabriela has experience working in the chambers of the Honorable Rudolph Contreras of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the Honorable Patricia Broderick of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Gabriela was also a Fulbright Fellow in Brazil.
