Gail Richardson was born in West Virginia, and attended college at the University of Kentucky, where she graduated with honors and was on the National Dean’s List, earning a degree in Social Work and Criminal Justice.
After college she worked as a Parole Officer for the Pennsylvania Parole Board in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which included representation of the Pennsylvania Parole Board in administrative proceedings.
Ms. Richardson received her J.D. degree from Southwestern Law School in 1992, where she was the recipient of the Farmers’ Insurance Scholarship, and an extern for the Honorable Kathleen Thompson in Federal Court. Ms. Richardson has been licensed to practice law in California and in the U.S. District Court, Central District since 1992.
Prior to joining The Firm, Ms. Richardson’s litigation practice included personal injury, employment law, insurance fraud, premises liability, and products liability, advocating for both plaintiff and defense. Her expertise includes research and writing, as well as extensive knowledge in civil procedure for effective representation.
For more than two decades, Ms. Richardson has handled hundreds of cases, including representation at trial. Her expertise includes representing clients with catastrophic injuries, including brain injuries.
In addition, she has successfully represented clients in complex litigation within the trucking and transportation industry. She has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of civil matters. Having litigated for both plaintiff and defense, she understands the challenges facing both sides in litigation, and works diligently to obtain the best result for her clients.
