
Ms. Gale Evans is a partner in the Real Estate Group of the Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Ms. Evans’ practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including significant experience in the representation of both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of industrial, office, and retail leases for a wide range of properties, including multi-tenant office buildings, single tenant buildings, distribution centers, office/warehouse/showroom spaces, restaurants, data centers, medical offices, and retail stores.
She also advises landlords on issues presented by insolvent or defaulting tenants; tenants in the structuring of leases involving significant landlord build-out and/or tenant allowance allocations; and subleasing and lease restructuring from both landlord and tenant perspectives.
She is involved in the drafting of “green” lease forms for clients and in advising clients on “green lease” issues. Ms. Evans also has extensive experience in the representation of national and regional banks and life insurance companies in structuring, due diligence and closing of construction and permanent loans.
