Galina Krivitsky’s practice concentrates on a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions including loan assumptions, construction and permanent real estate financing, and all aspects of due diligence. Galina’s experience includes single asset and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions for real estate investment trusts, insurance companies, pension funds and other companies.
Galina has been responsible for the preparation and negotiation of easement agreements, indemnity agreements, subordination, nondisturbance and attornment agreements, access agreements and other real estate documents. Galina also assists clients with formation and restructuring of various business entities, including drafting of operating agreements and qualification of entities in relevant jurisdictions.
Galina has played a key role in the acquisition, disposition and financing of several major office buildings, industrial parks, shopping centers and multi-family complexes, hotels, commercial properties and vacant land across the United States.
