Gary Marshall Jr., an associate in the firm’s Garden City office, represents clients in general litigation in state and federal courts throughout New York. His experience includes a wide variety of personal injury matters involving catastrophic auto accidents as well as matters involving New York State Labor Law.
Before entering private practice, Gary gained experience as a student intern in the St. John’s University Securities Arbitration Clinic, where he prepared three securities cases for FINRA arbitration, as well as in legal internships with the Hon. Peter Mayer in the Suffolk County Supreme Court and the Hon. Ira B. Warshawsky in the Nassau County Supreme Court.
Gary received his bachelor’s from the State University of New York at Geneseo and went on to earn an M.A. in English Literature from the City College of New York.
He received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the New York International Law Review and the Dispute Resolution Society, participated in the Securities Dispute Resolution Triathlon, and was the recipient of CALI Awards in the Small Business Bankruptcy, Legal Research and Writing, and the Securities Arbitration Clinic categories.
Active in the Nassau and Suffolk County and New York Metro legal communities, Gary is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and a volunteer attorney in Nassau County’s Landlord/Tenant Court.
