Gary Ray Fraley, the owner and founder of the law firm Fraley & Fraley Sacramento Bankruptcy Attorneys, has a rich experience of forty years in successfully handling bankruptcy cases. He serves families, individual, and businesses of all sizes in most Northern & Central California counties including the Sacramento Valley, and the San Joaquin Valley.
Additionally, he also handles cases related to Student Loan Law, Debt Negotiation, Violations of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) as well as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
The California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization has certified him as a Bankruptcy Law Specialist in the year 2001. He is one of only 154 lawyers in California having this certification. He also holds the distinction of being one of the longest practicing Bankruptcy Law Specialists in the California state.
He holds the license to practice law in California since 1978. He argues before the Federal Courts of the Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern District Courts of California.
For many years, he contributes towards teaching bankruptcy laws and issues related to its practice to bankruptcy lawyers. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California in 1974. He went to the Los Angeles School of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate in 1977.
Gary Fraley served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Justice Kingsley at the California Court of Appeals in 1976. He started his law firm in 1978. Attorney Fraley is highly active in the community and has served as a horse project leader at 4H youth programs, volunteers as a gymkhana horse show judge, served as a Sunday School teacher, and Quorum Counselor for Elders. Being a camping enthusiast, he has also volunteered to teach both youth and adult groups about camping methods popularized by the NGO, Leave No Trace.
