Gary Lombardo focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, class actions, and mass tort litigation. He also advises clients on complex eDiscovery issues including the identification, preservation, collection, review, and production of documents in connection with litigation in federal and state courts.
Gary handles all aspects of class litigation involving claims ranging from toxic tort, environmental issues, and property damage to business torts and breach of contract. He has also advised clients on product liability actions, commercial real estate disputes, contract disputes, and litigations involving complex financial products.
In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Gary is a member of Steptoe’s Complex Litigation and Discovery Center where he regularly counsels clients on eDiscovery strategies, developing discovery plans, complying with best practices, implementing and leveraging discovery analytics and technology assisted review platforms, managing the discovery process, and defending and resolving issues that arise during the course of discovery.
