Gavin Reinke focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and class actions. His experience includes representing businesses in privacy-related class actions, products liability litigation, financial services litigation and complex construction defect litigation.
Prior to joining Alston & Bird, Gavin was a law clerk for the Honorable Phyllis A. Kravitch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and an intern for the Honorable John T. Nixon of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
While in law school, Gavin was inducted into the Order of the Coif and was a recipient of the Richard Nagareda Prize for litigation & dispute resolution, the managing editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review, a moot court board member, a moot court competition octofinalist and the vice president and three-year representative of the Honor Council.
