George Korsh focuses his practice on patent matters, including writing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications in the fields of integrated circuit design and processing.
He also has performed product clearance analyses; conducted prior art searches and due diligence research; conducted patentability, validity and infringement research; and participated in drafting and negotiating technology transfer, intellectual property related and business agreements.
He has provided patent and trade secret litigation support and served as technical advisor in patent defense litigation by closely working with internal and external counsel, from deposition through trial testimony before the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Additionally, Mr. Korsh has served as a witness on a number of other cases.
Mr. Korsh has more than 20 years of direct experience developing non-volatile memory (NVM) semiconductor technology and integrated circuits. Prior to working as a patent agent, Mr. Korsh worked as a technical advisor, technologist, program manager and process engineer while working for a wide range of companies. Mr. Korsh is an inventor on 21 U.S. patents in the areas of NVM, semiconductor fabrication and integrated circuits.
