
George W. Mauzé was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1981. He attended South Texas College of Law and earned a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1983. He became licensed to practice law in Texas in 1983, at the age of 22.
He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, United States District Courts, Northern, Southern, and Western Districts, and Texas Courts.
He has practiced throughout courts in Texas for over 30 years. He has been an author and lecturer for continuing education seminars.
George as published in Texas Monthly, in the practice area of plaintiff personal injury and/or medical malpractice from 2005 through 2018. His law firm was named by the National Law Journal in 2002 as the 24th winningest law firm in the United States.
Texas Bar Journal Laurels wrote in 2013: “He was invited into the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers for his superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership.”
