
George Haight is counsel in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Boston office. His practice covers all areas of intellectual property law, including procurement and litigation. Mr. Haight has extensive experience counseling clients in all matters of intellectual property.
He has prosecuted hundreds of patent applications before the USPTO, handled dozens of post-grant review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and litigated several matters in District Courts throughout the United States and before the International Trade Commission.
Mr. Haight’s practice covers a broad range of technologies, including electronics, computer hardware and software, network communications, wireless communications, telecommunications, broadcast media, medical devices, optics, and imaging systems, to name a few.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Haight was a systems engineer for a large defense contractor where he designed, tested, and installed air traffic monitoring and control systems throughout the world.
