Gillian Holland is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois. Her practice focuses on New York State Labor Law, construction litigation and general liability matters. Ms. Holland has experience in all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, substantive motion practice, settlement negotiations and mediation. Ms. Holland also takes a hands-on approach in conducting active investigation at the outset of a case.
Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Holland represented premises owners, business owners, bus companies and large retail stores, in Labor Law, premises liability, and personal injury matters. Ms. Holland’s other practice areas included assault, trucking, property damage, and mold exposure claims. While in law school Ms. Holland was a Research Editor for the Touro law Review.
