Gladys T. Oranga joined O’Dwyer & Bernstien in 2005, with diverse experience as an attorney admitted to the bars of New York, where she practiced plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law, and the Philippines, where she argued numerous criminal and civil cases and practiced extensively in Project Finance, Real Estate and Family Law.
Ms. Oranga concentrates on litigating the Firm’s automobile liability cases, including insurance defense and no-fault work. Ms. Oranga has years of knowledge in the methodology of evaluating and defending insurance claims-knowledge that is highly valued by the Firm’s insurance carrier clients.
In addition, Ms. Oranga effectively draws on this experience and knowledge in representing the Firm’s personal injury clients and maximizing the monetary outcomes of their cases.
Ms. Oranga is also deeply experienced in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Appellate Law, as well as Automobile and Transportation, Insurance and Premises Liability Law.
Ms. Oranga has served as a volunteer attorney with the New York Civil Court, where she provided legal advice and assistance to self-represented litigants on a part-time basis.
