Gordon-Alexander Wille represents companies in various types of commercial litigation and dispute resolution across the globe with a focus on defending US, German and other European manufacturers in product liability claims, ranging from single-plaintiff cases to nationwide class actions. He is licensed to practice in both the US (California) and Germany. Gordon-Alexander has been involved in all stages of litigation, including discovery, pre-trial motions, and trial preparation.
As a native German and member of our Germany team, Gordon-Alexander also advises German and other international clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters, including cross-border M&A, joint ventures, formations and venture capital.
Prior to joining the firm, Gordon-Alexander worked with leading international law firms in New York and Berlin. During his postgraduate legal training with the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, he has also spent time as a legal trainee with the Federal Ministry of Defense and the German Embassy in Washington DC.
Gordon-Alexander actively supports the Friends of the Urban Forest, a nonprofit organization promoting a larger, healthier urban forest as part of San Francisco’s green infrastructure through community planting, tree care, education and advocacy.
