Grace’s background includes five years in Hong Kong where she led a top-ranked immigration practice covering Greater China and managed matters for clients in the Asia-Pacific region. Grace, who is fluent in Mandarin, continues to maintain a practice focus on inbound expatriate movement into China and Hong Kong.

In addition, she has a longstanding command of US immigration across the commercial nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories and manages global immigration matters across all worldwide regions.

Grace provides immigration compliance advice to public and private companies operating in regulated industries and across a variety of industry sectors, including financial services and banking, technology and communications, security and defense, manufacturing, and retail.

She advises clients on the use of available work permit and visa categories to meet hiring and training needs for a global workforce. She counsels employers on the intersection of immigration, employment, and tax considerations when planning cross-border staffing and engaging in new market entry.
