Graciela M. Rodriguez focuses on complex civil litigation, government investigations and antitrust matters. Grace specializes in defending companies in parallel criminal and civil proceedings, often involving cross-border investigations. She also addresses compliance issues across the healthcare, pharmaceutical, automotive and chemical industries.
With over 30 years of experience, Grace defends companies in complex class and multi-district litigation involving antitrust issues, contract disputes, business torts, pharmaceutical pricing issues, environmental and safety issues, whistleblower issues and parallel government investigations. She also represents companies in bringing lawsuits to obtain damages and injunctive relief. She has litigated in state and federal courts across the country.
Grace represents companies and audit and special committees in government and internal investigations, often involving cross-border issues, and conducts internal investigations. Grace helps clients avoid or minimize the impact of government investigations and litigation.
She has defended individual and corporate witnesses and targets in grand jury investigations involving antitrust, securities, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and environmental issues, and has also represented Fortune 500 companies in qui tam actions brought under the False Claims Act.
Grace has served on King & Spalding’s Policy Committee and as Chair of our Associate Evaluation Committee as well as the Hiring Partner for our Washington, D.C. office.
