Greg Kramer practices in the areas of securities law, mergers and acquisitions and alternative lending and serves as the co-chair of the New York Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group of Haynes and Boone.
Greg represents hedge funds, direct lenders, public companies and underwriters in connection with private investments in public equity (PIPEs), registered direct offerings, underwritten offerings, business combinations, venture debt and other alternative lending transactions.
