Gregory Hendershott offers clients first-chair litigation and trial experience in a range of employment matters, including class action wage and hour matters, employment discrimination, bonus and commission pay, and noncompete/trade secret cases. Greg also handles labor matters including collective bargaining, unfair labor practice charges, arbitrations, picketing, union organizing, prevailing wage Project Labor Agreements, and strikes.
Greg also leads high-profile workplace investigations, including into executive misconduct, and advises employers in all areas of legal compliance, from compensation and executive employment agreements to disability, leaves of absence, handbooks and policies, discipline, and sensitive terminations.
Greg regularly conducts training for clients in harassment and other employment issues, and frequently speaks at CLEs and SHRM conventions on employment law topics including wage and hour law, discrimination, harassment, union avoidance, and unfair competition.
