The major advantage of using a law firm for your collections is the ability to provide collection from the letter writing and phone call stages all the way through judgment and post-judgment collection activities.
The client always has the final decision as to whether or not to pursue the collection by way of litigation, but if we do recommend litigation, we inform the client of the available collectability we have discovered which should net a recovery for the client.
