Experienced with Civil and Maritime litigation, including Cabotage, Jones Act, and Occupational Injury claims; Administrative law matters including remission and mitigation of fines and penalties; investigation and litigation of P&I matters.

Experience with collision, cargo loss and charterparty disputes; negotiation of business agreements including employment, wreck removal and transportation of goods; insurance coverage.
