Gregory T. Limoncelli represents financial institutions and borrowers in commercial lending, trade finance, and workout matters. His experience includes single lender, unitranche and syndicated facilities for cash flow, secured, asset-based, acquisition, highly leveraged, factoring, subscription, mortgage, structured, and cross-border facilities.
As co-chair of the firm’s Opinions Committee, Greg has extensive experience in the preparation of third-party legal opinions including those involving complex secured transactions.
Greg represents clients in the formation and organization of corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships; the acquisition and sale of businesses; and the dissolution and liquidation of businesses.
His experience includes the raising of capital for, and organization of, acquisition companies, the preparation of agreements for senior living facility operators and the acquisition, sale and financing of assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and continuing care facilities. Greg is co-chair of the firm’s Senior Living Facilities practice.
