Gregory Cesarano focuses his trial practice on defending corporations and manufacturers in products liability and commercial claims. During his career he has represented the interests of clients in cases involving motor vehicles, power equipment, aircraft accidents, boats, and many other types of products. He also litigates claims related to trade secrets, covenants not to compete, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty, interference and related business torts.
Greg’s 40-plus years of trial experience includes substantial work defending airlines, manufacturers, businesses, and property owners against wrongful death and serious personal injury claims, as well as general collection, foreclosure, UCC and other business and commercial litigation matters. He has been board certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer by The Florida Bar from 1983 until 2018.
