Gregory Schneider is a full-service business law lawyer who helps his clients solve their most complex problems. With experience handling complex business litigation for clients with matters in federal and state courts across multiple jurisdictions, in both the trial court and on appeal, he is prepared to help his clients evaluate and strategically manage risk.
Gregory has helped his clients in cases involving complex financial fraud, fraudulent transfer, common law fraud, breach of contract, construction defect, interference with contractual relations, unfair competition, and wrongful termination.
His clients range from individuals and small local businesses to national and international businesses and financial institutions. Prior to joining the firm, Gregory clerked for the Honorable Joseph W. Howard, Chief Judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division Two.
Gregory earned the second highest score on the July 2012 Arizona bar exam. Earlier that year, Buzz Aldrin announced him as the winner of the Seattle Space Needle’s 2012 Space Race, earning him a free suborbital flight into outer space.
