H. Devon Collins focuses on representing employers in labor and employment matters. Prior to joining Littler, Devon was an associate at a mid-sized firm in Columbus. During law school, Devon served as editor-in-chief of the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law.
Prior to his admission to the Ohio Bar, Devon worked as a law clerk with a Columbus firm and the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Columbus. In autumn of 2015, he provided pro bono legal services to local startup businesses as part of the Ohio State University Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic, for which he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award as the top business law clinic student.
In spring of 2016, he represented indigent criminal defendants as part of the Ohio State University Criminal Defense Clinic. Upon graduation from law school, Devon received the Bloomberg BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law and was designated as a Public Service Fellow with Dean’s Special Recognition.
While in college, he was president of Otterbein’s Rotaract chapter and president of the national academic honorary society chapters of Alpha Lambda Delta and Phi Eta Sigma.
