Haley C. Robison

Haley C. Robison is an associate attorney at Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley, P.C. where she focuses her practice on all aspects of business litigation, real estate law, labor and employment issues, and legal banking matters. As a dedicated Athens business litigation lawyer, Haley strives to always put herself in her clients’ shoes.

Whether her clients are starting a business, dealing with an employment issue, or trying to resolve a business dispute, she makes it her mission to provide compassionate, personalized guidance and sound legal counsel.

Her first goal in representation is to make sure she fully understands a client’s objectives and to end any meeting with a plan of action. As a disciplined and organized person, Haley works to bring these skills to her practice. Additionally, because she respects her clients’ time, she aims to always remain readily accessible and responsive.

Haley grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2010 with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She later went on to earn her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2015.

During her time in law school, Haley served as the Executive Notes Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and published two pieces related to international laws protecting children in armed conflict.

She was also a member of the Business Negotiation Team, served as the President of the Women’s Law Student Association, and served as the law school liaison for Athens Peer Court. Her participation in UGA Law’s Corporate Counsel Externship and Business Law Clinic sparked her interest in business litigation.

In her free time, Haley stays active in her community. She is a board member of Prevent Child Abuse Athens and St. Mary’s Young Professionals Advisory Board, and a member of LEAD Athens, Class of 2017. When she is not working or volunteering, Haley enjoys reading, entertaining, and traveling.
