Hannah Dill

Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC

Hannah M. Dill joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2017, when the firm merged with Bamberger, Foreman, Oswald & Hahn. She is a part of the Trusts & Estates and Business Services groups, where she helps clients plan for their small businesses and individual futures. Hannah also handles more immediate cases related to guardianship matters for the firm’s Family Law practice group.

Hannah creates estate plans that allow clients to provide for themselves and loved ones in the event of life-changing circumstances. Depending on a client’s expectations and needs, she develops strategies that include trusts, durable powers of attorney, wills and advance health care directives (living wills).

Hannah’s focus is helping clients form and maintain their businesses. Drawing on her understanding of organizational structures and tax regulations, she assists clients in choosing the best entity to fit their specific needs. For nonprofit organizations, she provides guidance on how to navigate the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) status.

Hannah specializes in cases involving the guardianship of an adult or child, for a short period of time or a permanent basis. She assists parents of disabled children to establish a guardianship prior to that child attaining the age of 18 in order to ensure that the parents can continue to assist their child past the age of majority.

She also consults with families of adults who are unable to make medical or financial decisions for themselves, usually due to age or health reasons. She works with institutions to appoint an emergency temporary guardian over patients who are unable to make their own healthcare decisions.
