Hannah Dubina is an attorney in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dubina clerked for Judge Janis L. Sammartino of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

- Takeda Pharmaceuticals (and affiliates) in working to obtain a favorable settlement of patent infringement litigation against three generic drug makers with respect to the gout medication Colcrys.
- Panda Restaurant Group in obtaining a favorable settlement of patent infringement litigation concerning induction heating technology.
- Warner Bros. (and affiliates) in winning a victory on demurrer in an idea theft case relating to the popular daytime talk show “The Real.”
Ms. Dubina also has an active pro bono practice and received the 2016 Pro Bono Award from Public Counsel’s Homelessness Prevention Law Project for her successful representation of an elderly disabled woman who was harassed by her landlord in an attempt to drive her from her apartment.
Ms. Dubina received her law degree from UCLA School of Law, where she graduated Order of the Coif and was recognized as a Michael T. Masin Scholar. While in law school, Ms. Dubina authored a petition for certiorari as part of the UCLA Supreme Court Clinic. Her comment, “Decomposing the Precarious Future of American Orchestras in the Face of Golan v. Holder,” was published in the UCLA Law Review and earned her the Latham and Watkins Award for Outstanding Student Scholarship.
Before entering law school, Ms. Dubina earned a bachelor of music degree in oboe performance from the renowned Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University Bloomington and worked as a freelance musician.
