While in law school, Ms. Dubina authored a petition for certiorari as part of the UCLA Supreme Court Clinic. Her comment, “Decomposing the Precarious Future of American Orchestras in the Face of Golan v. Holder,” was published in the UCLA Law Review and earned her the Latham and Watkins Award for Outstanding Student Scholarship.

Before entering law school, Ms. Dubina earned a bachelor of music degree in oboe performance from the renowned Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University Bloomington and worked as a freelance musician.
