
Licensed to practice in all Georgia Courts and the Northern District of Georgia, Hannah Jarrells is a labor and employment lawyer in the Firm’s Atlanta office. Ms. Jarrells focuses her practice on employment litigation and government enforcement and investigations. She works with companies in the manufacturing, housing, health care, retail, agriculture, automotive, testing, and hospitality industries.
Her experience includes Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank whistleblower litigation, internal corporate investigations, trade secrets litigation, discrimination litigation related to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, bank, securities, and wire fraud litigation, ERISA litigation, enforcement of non-compete agreements, products liability litigation, multi-district litigation, and class action litigation.
Ms. Jarrells also prepares and distributes a monthly internal newsletter to the Government Enforcement and Investigations Group tracking Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other anti-corruption developments.
