Harmon S. Spolan served as president of Jefferson Bank for 22 years, until April 1999, when he joined Cozen O’Connor as chair of the financial services practice group and as co-marketing partner.
He is vice chair of the Cozen O’Connor Foundation, and chair of its charity committee, where he oversees the firm’s charitable giving program. By appointment of the mayor of the City of Philadelphia, Harmon was a member of the Investment Committee of the Economic Conversion Fund for the Philadelphia Naval Base.
He served as a member of the board of Coleman Cable, Inc. until 2014 when the company was acquired. Harmon is also a member of the Philadelphia and American Bar Associations.
Harmon earned his B.A. at Temple University and his law degree at the Temple University School of Law. He also pursued graduate studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and at Brasenose College, Oxford University, England.
