Harold Stotland
Harold stotland is a graduate of the University of Chicago, where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1961. He received his Law Degree, with Honours, from John Marshall Law School in 1964.
He concentrates his practice in the field of Creditors’ Rights, and has represented commercial and consumer creditors, both secured and unsecured. He has also represented trustees in bankruptcy, and trustees in assignments for the benefit of creditors. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, as well as the Chicago Bar Association.
Mr. Stotland has lectured before the Illinois Institute on Continuing Legal Education, the Chicago Bar Association, the Commercial Law League of America, and Lorman Educational Services. He authored the chapter “Enforcement of Judgments” in Creditors’ Rights in Illinois, 1990, and has presented full-day seminars to large credit organizations, as well as commercial collection agencies and their clients.
