Harris Kennedy Howard is an associate in King & Spalding’s Contracts and Business Torts practice. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including the defense of securities litigation, and defending businesses in class action lawsuits.
While in law school, Harris was a Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review. During law school, Harris served as an intern for United States District Judge Marc T. Treadwell in the Middle District of Georgia, in Macon, Georgia.
While in college, he was a four-year letterman at offensive line for the Green Wave and named to the 2011 Conference USA All-Conference Team.
Harris serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Southern Legal History and volunteers with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation in their “Standing with Our Neighbors” program.
