Harvey A. Feintuch’s practice is devoted to representing insurers in complex coverage disputes concerning first party as well as third party liability claims in the fields of general liability, property and casualty, professional liability and equine insurance.
A major component of Harvey’s practice involves serving as Coordinating Counsel for various underwriting syndicates at Lloyd’s, London and other international insurance companies with respect to claims against insured law firms, accountants, architects and engineers and other professionals throughout the United States.
Harvey has been providing litigation management services for nearly two decades and continues to provide such services at Cozen O’Connor which he joined on March 20, 2013.
Harvey also serves as outside general counsel to the Lloyd’s subcommittee on Livestock and Bloodstock and in such capacity, provides advice and counsel to the Committee on policy wording and regulatory matters.
Harvey is admitted to practice law in the courts of the state of New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the Northern District of Kentucky and the Southern District of Florida, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.
Harvey has a B.A. degree from George Washington University with distinction and J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Professional Liability Underwriters Society, and has been a lecturer for the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud.
