Hayden Bashinski is an associate at Carr Allison in the Birmingham, AL office, where his practice focuses on labor and employment matters. Hayden is licensed to practice in the state of Alabama, as well as before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Alabama. He also an active member of the Birmingham Bar Association.
Hayden received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Mississippi. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL), graduating cum laude.
While attending law school, Hayden served as Student Materials Editor for the Cumberland Law Review and was selected by faculty as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow. He was also a quarterfinalist in the Parham Williams 1L Trial Competition.
