
Specializing in the practice of health law, Hayley H. Salem handles matters involving regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, HIPAA, licensure and certifications, and corporate transactional matters for physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers. She is also involved in administrative hearings and appeals, as well as marijuana law and policy.
While in law school, Hayley served as a summer intern for the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida under the supervision of the Honorable James S. Moody, the Honorable Michael G. Williamson, and the Honorable Anthony E. Porcelli. In addition, she was a member of the Florida Moot Court Team and Florida Transactional Law Team, and served as an appellate advocacy and trial practice teaching assistant.
