Heather Youngman

Heather Youngman is an Associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC, where her practice focuses on civil litigation and family and matrimonial law. Heather came to Tully Rinckey PLLC after working at another Syracuse law firm, where she focused primarily on federal court appellate litigation. Throughout her legal career, Heather has achieved extensive experience litigating family court and matrimonial matters.

She additionally worked as a law clerk at two of Buffalo’s top litigation firms, where she assisted with a variety of civil and criminal matters. Heather’s other professional experience includes working as a journalist, editor and marketing manager.

Heather is a member of the Attorney for the Child panel in Onondaga County, the Onondaga County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the Northern District of New York Bar Association.

Heather graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where she served as editor of the Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal and was an associate member of the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review and the Buffalo Journal of Gender, Law, and Social Policy. She is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University, where she majored in journalism and mass communication.
