Hector Llorens

Hector E. Llorens specializes in financial matters, with a particular focus on project finance. As a partner in our Finance and Project Finance practices, Hector represents financial institutions and others in a range of financial transactions.

Hector counsels financial institutions, lenders, sponsors, borrowers, issuers and arrangers in leveraged finance, project finance, structured finance, acquisition finance, banking, hedging, private placement, and other secured and unsecured lending and debt transactions. He focuses on project finance, particularly in the food and beverage industry, as well as acquisition finance and structured financial products.

Hector graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and obtained his law degree from Columbia Law School, where he served as an Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. He is a former law clerk for the late Judge Robert A. Vance of the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Hector serves on the Firm’s Opinion Letter Committee and is the Firm’s representative on the Law Firm Advisory Board of the Working Group on Legal Opinions.
