Heleina Formoso

Heleina L. Formoso is a senior associate in the Houston office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Environmental practice. Heleina represents clients in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and energy industries in a broad spectrum of litigation including products liability, environmental contamination, and complex commercial matters.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Heleina obtained her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where she was a Senior Articles Editor on the Houston Journal of International Law and a member of the school’s Vis International Moot Court team. She graduated from the California State University, Fresno with an Economics degree.
