Helen E. Chacon represents clients on intellectual property matters, focusing on patent litigation and complex intellectual property disputes. She has litigated cases involving patent infringement and rights of publicity for clients in various industries, including consumer technology and computer networking.
Helen is a founding member of Faegre Baker Daniels’ Design Lab—an initiative at FaegreBD that combines design thinking and visual communication with advocacy. Helen has run design thinking programs to help clients industry-wide tackle a variety of problems.
She is skilled at employing visual advocacy to explain complex technologies and legal arguments for mock trials, trial and expert reports.
