Helen H. Yang

Helen Yang focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. Helen handles an extensive variety of cases including environmental toxic tort litigation, business contractual disputes, product liability, real estate and intellectual property matters.

She is versed in the strategic use of prejudgment and pretrial law and motion practice and has experience representing the firm’s clients in the courtroom, depositions and in alternative dispute resolution.

Since 2012, Helen has been recognized selected as a Southern California Rising Star in a survey conducted by Thomson Reuters, a distinction honoring the top up-and-coming lawyers in the region.

Helen is a licensed real estate broker in California. Helen served as a judicial extern for The Honorable J. Spencer Letts of the Central District of California and an extern for the Legal Department of the Screen Actors Guild.
