Henry Cleon Wiley Jr. “Hank” Wiley has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1976. Born in Covington, Georgia in 1949, he grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, where he graduated from Berry High School in 1967.
Hank attended the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, from 1973 until 1976.
During more than three decades of practice, Hank has focused on the needs of victims, primarily in the fields of motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation, personal injury, product liability, consumer fraud and insurance fraud.
Since 1976, Hank has been a member of the American Bar Association, The American Association for Justice, The Alabama Bar Association, The Walker County Bar Association and the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association.
where he also served on the Board of Governors and has lectured on the topic of Trial Tactics and Trial Strategy.
Hank is married to the former Christie Otwell of Jasper and has five children, Matt, Robin, Blair, Pete and Tom and seven grandchildren Aubrey , Emma and Sadie daughters of Robin and her Hausband Zeb ; Ella Grace and Marianna daughters of Matt and his wife Jeni ; and Lucy and Tucker daughter and son of Blair and her husband Blake .
