Hillary Ladov counsels and defends a variety of corporate clients in insurance coverage and bad faith actions in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Hillary has advised clients on a wide range of coverage issues under commercial general liability, homeowners’ commercial transportation, and professional liability policies.
In the pre-litigation context, Hillary works with her clients to minimize their potential liability and reduce their risk of future liability. Following graduation, she spent two years as judicial law clerk to the Hon. Anne E. Lazarus in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, specializing in appellate-level commercial and insurance-related cases.
Recognized by the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and Rutgers University for her pro bono efforts and leadership, she remains active in her community, serving as an Executive Committee member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, secretary of Hillel of Greater Philadelphia, and chair of the Jewish Graduate Student Network of Hillel of Greater Philadelphia.
