She later served as a Social Services Attorney at the Gaston County Department of Social Services. She handled cases like child support enforcement, adult guardianship, child abuse and neglect, adult abuse and neglect, and termination of parental rights.
She has made Fort Collins her home since 2014. She speaks English and Spanish languages fluently as she has lived in places like Italy, Costa Rica, Argentina, and Ecuador. She has acquired the membership of the Colorado Bar Association in 2014.
