
Mr. Camhi handles cases involving secured transactions in real and personal property as well as state and federal receiverships and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
As a partner in the bankruptcy department, Mr. Camhi serves his clients in complex bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, distressed assets, asset sales, and related litigation matters. Nationally, he has represented debtors, creditors’ committees, liquidating trustees, secured creditors, and unsecured creditors in all aspects of corporate bankruptcy.
He has systematically recovered millions of dollars through diligence and a deep understanding of the needs of each individual, business, and institution.
Born in Los Angeles, California. He received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Bankruptcy and Insolvency. Mr. Camhi received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Loyola Marymount University.
