Hsin-Yi C. “Cindy” Huang is a project attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on intellectual property matters, and she has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications relating to various technical areas, including medical devices, chemical, mechanical, pharmaceutical and biotechnological.
Cindy received her B.S. in molecular biology and genetics in 1998 from the University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. in 2001 from the university’s School of Law (Boalt Hall), where she obtained an intellectual property specialization certificate and was an editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. She is a member of the California Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
