Ian Moore is a member of the Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering litigation practice group. Ian’s practice focuses on patent litigation. He has case experience in federal district court, the Federal Circuit, the US International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
His cases have involved software, consumer electronics and mechanical devices in fields such as computer image processing, machine learning, geographic information systems, digital video recording and cooling systems.
Ian has litigation experience in pre-suit investigations, fact and expert discovery, motion practice and claim construction. He has experience in all phases of inter partes review proceedings.
Ian has patent prosecution experience involving technologies such as automotive parts and electrical components.
