Ian T. Wade advises and represents clients in a broad range of employment law matters in both state and federal court trials, administrative hearings and appeals. His experience spans from employee/management training and related pre-litigation advice through trial.
Ian has expertise in various areas of employment litigation including cases alleging : Employment discrimination and retaliation, Sexual harassment, Workplace Violence prevention and restraining orders / injunctions, Wrongful termination.
In addition, Ian represents various clients in Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III litigation and related state disability access cases filed in state and federal court.
Ian also counsels private schools and public school district clients in education litigation, including special education cases arising under the Individuals with Disabilities and Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, student discipline, corporal punishment and school based harassment/bullying.
Ian represents clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 corporations. In law school, Ian served as the production editor of the Pepperdine Law Review and was a member of the Entertainment Law Society.
